About the Journal

Noema: Journal for Humanities and Social Thought (abbreviated: Noema) is published by Faculty of Philosophy in Banja Luka with the idea of encouraging and affirming research in the field of humanities and social sciences primarely by young researchers. The journal accepts submissions from all humanities and social sciences, such as history, psychology, philosophy, pedagogy, sociology, lingustics, literature, and others.

Noema publishes original papers that have not been published previously, scientific articles, reviews, critical editions of historical sources, etc.

Noema is an Open Access journal.

Contributions to the journal should be submitted in official languages of Bosnia and Herzegovina and in English language, with summaries in language of the paper and in English language.

The Journal is issued once a year.

Noema publishes papers in the following fields: psychology, philosophy, pedagogy, history, art history, archaeology, classics, literature, sociology, political sciences and other related humanities and social sciences.

Article Processing Charges

Journal Noema does not require authors to pay processing charges for submitting or publishing articles.
